TSC Community is the place where the methodology becomes practice. Founders inside it are running their own businesses, applying the SCALE Framework to their own structure, and figuring out what AI looks like inside their own architecture.
The rhythm of the community has four layers. Active written discussion runs continuously, where members share what they are working on, what is breaking, and what is starting to compound. Live sessions happen on a regular cadence, including monthly demonstrations of what is being built across the membership. The resource library holds curated guides, prompt frameworks, and Claude artefacts that members can deploy directly. And tools sit alongside everything: FloMap for value mapping, Helix for the deeper Blueprint work inside the mentorship.
What the community is not: a content library that sits dormant, a course platform with a chat tab, or a Slack group with no signal. It is a working room. The conversations are about real businesses. The questions are about real decisions. The resources are about real implementation.
