2 min  |  What this actually is

01 · Why TSC exists

The methodology came out of seeing the same structural problem in business after business.

The Scalable Creative methodology was built after three years of direct work with founder-led expertise businesses. Different industries. Different revenue levels. Different stages. The same structural problem in each one.

The methodology is what works for that problem, sequenced into the order it has to be solved. Phase one builds the foundation. Phase two builds what runs on that foundation. Phase three builds what compounds beyond it. Twelve months because that is how long the work actually takes when it is done properly.

The programme exists because the methodology is too substantial to deliver in a course, too sequenced to deliver in a coaching engagement, and too operational to deliver in a typical mentorship. The programme is the medium that fits the work.

02 · The twelve months

Twelve months of structured work.
Self-paced from start to finish.

The programme is self-paced from the beginning. The methodology is sequenced. The materials release as you progress. The support is available throughout. There is no enforced accountability and no fixed cohort cadence. The pace is yours to set.

What follows is the recommended timeline if you are moving at full commitment. Members move faster on some sections, slower on others, depending on the state of their business when they start. The structure stays the same. The pace is yours.

Phase 1 · Months 1 to 2

SCALE Sprint

The structural redesign

The structural redesign. Ten weeks of facilitated work that takes your business through the five SCALE phases: Structure, Clarity, Assets, Leverage, Exposure. Each phase runs conversationally with Helix. Every output is captured into your AI-IP Blueprint. By the end, the foundation is built.

  • Month 1, Weeks 1–2. Structure phase. Premium offer definition. Scope, deliverables, price.
  • Month 1, Weeks 3–4. Clarity phase. Buyer profile, language, narrative.
  • Month 2, Weeks 5–6. Assets phase. Attraction, trust, value, delivery architecture.
  • Month 2, Weeks 7–8. Leverage phase. Automation plan, demand-to-delivery flow.
  • Month 2, Weeks 9–10. Exposure phase. Content pillars, distribution rhythm. Blueprint completion.

Phase 2 · Months 3 to 9

Asset and Automation Build

The operational layer

Building the things the Blueprint defined. Six months of asset construction, automation development, and digital product creation. Three build-as-you-learn courses run alongside the build itself. The community holds the rhythm. The Blueprint guides every decision.

  • Months 3–4. Begin asset build. Attraction and trust assets first. Prompt Process Mastery course runs alongside.
  • Months 5–6. Automation development. Demand-to-delivery flows operational. The Art of Automation course runs alongside.
  • Months 7–8. Digital product MVP build. Build + Release course runs alongside.
  • Month 9. Operational layer in place and running. Ready for Phase 3.

Phase 3 · Months 9 to 12

Digital IP Build

The compounding layer

The deeper layer. Three months building the digital intellectual property that compounds beyond the existing offer. Where the work shifts from running a service business better to running a service business that produces compounding assets.

  • Months 9–10. Digital IP scoping. New product types, new revenue mechanics, architecture decisions.
  • Months 10–11. IP build and refinement. Working with the Build + Release methodology.
  • Months 11–12. Recurring revenue mechanism live. Architecture doing the work.

The recommended pace is twelve months from start to operational redesign. Some members move faster. Some move slower. The methodology accommodates both.

What it does not accommodate is being absent. The programme is built for founders who want to do this work and will commit the time. The support is in place. The community is in place. The materials are in place. The commitment is yours.

03 · What you walk away with

Twelve months of work.
Yours to keep, deploy, and evolve.

The programme runs for twelve months. The assets, intellectual property, and operational architecture you build during those twelve months are yours to keep, deploy, and evolve indefinitely. Six things make up what you walk away with.

01 Methodology

Your AI-IP Blueprint

The canonical document of how your business actually works, built by you with Helix across the SCALE Sprint. Operational intelligence, not documentation. Yours to keep, deploy, and evolve. Readable by any AI tool you choose to run from it.

02 Courses

Three build-as-you-learn courses

Prompt Process Mastery, The Art of Automation, and Build + Release. Each course pairs with a specific phase of the build. Lifetime access. Updated as the work evolves.

03 Tools

Full Helix access

Helix runs with you for the full twelve months and remains accessible for ongoing Blueprint refinement after the programme ends. Your structured thinking is a living asset, not a one-off exercise.

04 Mentorship

Twelve months of direct access to Tom

Live workshops, asynchronous support across the community, scheduled conversations across the year. The mentorship covers the methodology, the tools, and the specific build decisions you face along the way.

05 Community

TSC Community at the mentorship version

Full access to the TSC community at the mentorship version for the duration of the programme. Workshops, live sessions, the resource library, FloMap, full Helix, and a community of founders building on the same architecture.

Bonus Retreats

Annual TSC retreat (optional)

Invitation to the annual TSC retreat from 2027 onwards. Coastal, mountain, or wildlife environments. Each retreat paired with a conservation organisation working on the part of the world it takes place in. Retreat costs sit separately from the programme fee.

04 · What’s different about this

A programme built to help you build.

Not a course. A course teaches you frameworks. The programme builds the frameworks into your business as operational architecture. The output is not knowledge. It is a redesigned operation.

Not a coaching programme. Coaching is conversation. The programme is construction. Twelve months of building real assets, automations, and digital IP, with mentorship as the layer that holds the work together.

Not an agency. An agency does the work for you. The programme teaches you to do the work yourself, with AI as infrastructure and Tom as the architect. What you build, you own. What you own, you control.

The programme exists because none of these alternatives produce the outcome it produces.

05 · What members are reporting

Real founders.
Real outcomes.

Four new revenue channels in six months, now generating £15k a month.

“Genuinely, it’s hard to put into words what working with Tom’s process has given me. I felt out of depth trying to bring AI into my business, I didn’t know what I was doing. I can’t believe what this programme has given me, and it’s not just the additional revenue but the new lease of excitement I have for what I do.”

From no sales process to a designed engine that brings warm leads in every week.

“Joining TSC was one of the best decisions I made. I run two businesses, I’ve got a young family, and the truth is I needed something that was going to help me move forward with AI and take advantage of what it can bring. Within three weeks I was having conversations with people that already wanted to work with me, rather than me trying to find them.”

From selling hours to a digital product that sells while they sleep.

“Before joining this mentorship, I felt really stuck. In five months, I have built multiple offers and digital products and new ways in which people can get value from my service. I didn’t really want more customers, I wanted a way to serve more people without it requiring more time on Zoom calls.”

“Before TSC, I was scrambling around, trying to post, trying to market my business every single week. My following when I started was at 3K, now it’s almost at 20K, and realistically it only requires me to work on it 20 minutes a day. I’d recommend joining the mentorship to anyone that wants to take their profession seriously.”

“I am NOT a technical person by any means. The Scalable Creative allowed me to bring my ideas to life and create new revenue channels. Having my AI blueprint and Tom’s guidance has allowed me to launch my own SaaS platform that is now generating income for me, without me.”

A note from Tom

I started building businesses at eighteen. A snowboard clothing brand that got into retail shops before I really knew what I was doing. After that, agencies. Then my own agency, which I grew to seven figures and ran for a decade, working with some of the largest enterprises on the most complex digital problems they had.

When I first set out to build my own business, I thought it would buy me freedom. The truth was the opposite. The bigger it got, the more it depended on me. I became the single source of failure. I always had a problem with the service business model and no good answer for it.

Then AI gave me one. I’d been working on it inside enterprise since 2006, well before the public heard the term. When the technology went public in 2022, I saw what was coming. The way expertise gets sold was about to change. Personal brands had already shifted how people buy products. AI would do the same to services.

I’ve spent the last three years working with founder-led businesses, refining a process for redesigning expertise into something that scales with AI rather than depending on the founder’s time. The same pattern shows up every time. Smart operator. Real expertise. Premium rates. A model that quietly wouldn’t survive their absence for thirty days. Most think it’s a marketing problem. It isn’t. It’s a structural one.

The Scalable Creative is the methodology, the tools, and the community I built to give founders the inside track. The one that lets you move faster than anyone else can.

07 · Who this is for

Built for some founders.
Wrong for others.

The work is structural redesign and operational construction. If you are earlier than that, or chasing tactics, you will spend money you do not need to spend.

This is for you if
  • You charge premium rates. £5k to £10k+ a month. Clients close on referrals.
  • Your value comes from judgement and IP. Clients pay for what you decide, not what you produce.
  • You can name the bottleneck. You accept that it is you.
  • You are done with tactics. You are ready for redesign.
  • You can commit to self-paced work without pushed accountability. The methodology is sequenced. The pace is yours.
  • You believe AI matters. You want it built into the foundation, not bolted on top.
This isn’t for you if
  • You are early-stage, still figuring out who your work is for.
  • You want done-for-you content, ads, or productisation.
  • You want leverage before you have built the foundation it runs on.
  • You sell hours, services priced by time, or pure fulfilment.
  • You need pushed accountability and external deadlines to do the work.
  • You cannot make trade-offs. Cut. Narrow. Redesign.

08 · Risk reversal

Here’s what makes this low-risk
to commit to.

Three things reduce the risk of committing to the programme.

A 14-day refund window from enrolment.

If the programme is not the right fit within fourteen days of enrolling, the deposit is refunded in full. No questions, no friction.

The application conversation is a fit check, not a sales call.

Step three of the application process is a 30 to 45 minute conversation with Tom. Not a pitch. A two-way assessment of whether the programme is the right move for you right now. If it is not, the conversation will say so directly.

What you build is yours regardless.

The Blueprint, the assets, the IP, the courses access, the methodology. All yours from the moment they exist. There is no claw-back clause. There is no licence revocation. The work belongs to you.

09 · Pricing and application

01

Book a call

Pick a time that works. We will use the call to talk through your business and whether the programme is the right move from here. Not a pitch. A two-way fit check.

02

Take the Snapshot

Five minutes, on screen. The Snapshot is the diagnostic everyone in the programme has run. It tells you where you are across the five SCALE phases and what to address first.

03

Watch

A walkthrough of the methodology, what it produces, and why it produces something a course or coaching engagement cannot. Then register for the next live session.

04

Map with FloMap

Before the call, run your current business architecture through FloMap. You will see where the gaps are, and the conversation will be sharper because of it.

10 · Frequently asked questions

The questions worth answering.

Around five hours a week on average if you are moving at the recommended pace. Phase one (SCALE Sprint, weeks one to ten) is heavier, closer to seven hours per week including workshops. Phase two and three settle into a more sustainable five-hour rhythm. The programme is designed to be done while running an existing business, not as a sabbatical.

The programme is self-paced. The recommended timeline is twelve months at full commitment. Members move faster on some sections, slower on others. The methodology, the materials, and the community remain available throughout. What the programme requires is commitment to do the work, not commitment to a fixed schedule.

Take the Snapshot first. It will tell you where you are across the five SCALE phases. If you are earlier than the programme is built for, the Snapshot will say so. If you are right where the programme starts, that will also be clear. The Snapshot is free and does not commit you to anything.

Your Blueprint, your courses, your assets, and your IP are yours to keep. Helix access continues. TSC Community access continues at the mentorship version or transitions to the free version depending on your preference. The annual retreat invitation continues. The methodology does not stop being relevant when the programme ends.

Yes. The programme will move to £8,000 in due course. Members who enrol at the current price are locked in at that price for the full twelve months. The increase will not affect existing members.

A paid subscription to a leading AI tool (Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus, ideally both). Helix runs inside the programme, so no separate licence required. Beyond that, the Build As You Learn courses guide you through to the specific tools needed for your particular build. Additional subscriptions may be required for these.

Coaching is conversation. This programme is construction. The deliverables are real assets: a Blueprint, automations, digital products, an operational architecture. The mentorship layer holds the construction work, not the work itself. Most members who have been in coaching programmes describe this as a fundamentally different category.

Both. The SCALE Sprint workshops are group facilitations. The mentorship layer is direct access to Tom across the year, asynchronously and in scheduled conversations. The community is group. The build decisions inside your specific business are addressed directly with you.

The redesign starts
the moment you can name what needs to change.
